Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is successfully received.

Because we work with trusted manufacturing and fulfillment partners, some products may require additional processing time before shipment.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated shipping times begin after order processing is completed.

United States

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days

Canada

  • Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.

Multiple Packages

To provide the fastest service possible, items may be shipped from different fulfillment centers.

If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email when available.

Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

These fees are not included in product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes or offer a refund.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect customer information

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work to provide a suitable resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be in production or processing and cannot be canceled.
